How our auction works

Every lot stands on our site in Vilnius — inspected and photographed — before bidding opens. Below: the order of a sale and what the final amount is made of.

What happens to a vehicle before it reaches the floor

A lot appears because one of our people examined that vehicle in person — not because someone sent us photographs.

  1. 01

    Photographed in full

Over 40 frames, including what sellers tend not to shoot: sills, the boot floor, the engine bay.

  2. 02

    Paint thickness measured

Every panel, in micrometres, on the lot page itself. A respray is stated, not hidden.

  3. 03

    History checked

We buy a report on every vehicle. The licence forbids republishing it, but everything in it that bears on the vehicle goes into the lot description.

  4. 04

    Lot number assigned

The number is permanent and stays with the vehicle. If it is listed again, the number and the history are the same.

A sale, step by step

  1. 1

Verify your phone and fund the deposit

Bidding opens once the number is verified and the deposit is on your balance. The deposit is not a fee: it stays yours and either goes toward the price or is returned.

  2. 2

Bid, or take the Buy-now price

Each bid must exceed the current one by the lot’s increment. Buy-now closes the lot immediately.

  3. 3

The server keeps time, not your browser

The countdown on screen is for reference. Whether a bid arrived in time is decided by server time, so connection speed does not change the outcome.

  4. 4

You hear about an outbid at once

The notification and the email go to you alone. Other bidders see initials and two characters, never a name.

  5. 5

You win — then the sale is confirmed

We confirm a won lot, and if the vehicle has an owner they confirm it too; only then are you invoiced. If it is declined the sale is cancelled and nothing is charged.

Questions about bidding

Can I see a vehicle before the sale?

Yes. Every lot is physically with us: book a time and come, or send someone of your own. We would rather you looked at it first.

Do I need an account to browse lots?

No. The catalogue and the lot pages are open to everyone. An account, a verified phone and a deposit are needed only to bid.

What if I win and change my mind?

A bid commits you. Walking away after the sale is confirmed costs the deposit — that is exactly what it is for.

Why might a win be declined?

If the vehicle belongs to a private seller or a partner, the owner confirms the final price. If it is declined the sale is cancelled and nothing is charged.

Ready to bid?

The catalogue is open without an account. To bid you will need a verified phone and a deposit on your balance.
