Baltic Autopark›Vehicle leasing

Leasing for the vehicle you chose

Any vehicle from our auction, or one sourced to your brief, can be taken on lease. The financing is provided by our leasing partner, while the vehicle, the inspection and the paperwork stay with us.

How an application proceeds

The order is the same whether you picked the vehicle at auction or asked us to source it.

  1. 01

    Application

You leave your contact details and name the vehicle, or describe what you are looking for. We pass the application to the partner.

  2. 02

    Preliminary decision

The partner assesses the application and states the available limit and the terms. You discuss that decision with them directly, by phone.

  3. 03

    The vehicle and its check

We confirm the condition of the vehicle: inspection, documents, history. The partner needs an object that matches what was declared.

  4. 04

    Agreement and handover

The partner concludes the leasing agreement; we prepare the vehicle for handover and deal with the registration.

What can be leased

Leasing covers vehicles that pass through us. That lets the partner rely on a confirmed condition rather than on the seller’s paperwork alone.

  • Vehicles from our auction
  • Vehicles sourced to your brief
  • Vehicles we inspected and accepted for sale

A vehicle you found yourself goes through an inspection first; after that it can be put to the partner for consideration. Vehicle inspection

Financing

Our leasing partner

The leasing agreement is concluded by our partner — a leasing company that assesses the application, sets the limit and defines the terms. Baltic Autopark is responsible for the vehicle and for seeing the deal through, but is not a party to the financing agreement. The partner states the terms by phone.

We call back during business hours and put you in touch with the partner.

What an application needs

The exact list is the partner’s to set, but it is worth preparing in advance.

Proof of identity

A passport or identity card; for a company, its registration documents.

Proof of income

The form this takes depends on whether you apply as an individual or as a company.

Vehicle details

If the vehicle is chosen, its details and the inspection result. If not, the model and budget you are working to.

A contact person

A telephone number and an email address for the partner to reach.

Questions about leasing

Who decides on the application?

The leasing partner decides. We pass the application on and handle the deal from the vehicle’s side.

Can I lease a vehicle that is not from your auction?

Yes, provided it has passed our inspection. That is the partner’s requirement as to the condition of the object.

What are the rate and the down payment?

The partner sets the terms individually for each application and states them by phone after a preliminary assessment.

How long does a decision take?

The partner gives a preliminary answer quickly; the final one depends on how complete the documents are.

Can a company apply?

Yes. The list of documents differs for companies, and the partner confirms it.

What happens to the vehicle when the agreement ends?

That is governed by the leasing agreement, on terms set by the partner.
